July 2012. Freeing.

Bulan Juli ini istimewa buat saya, karena saya berhasil menutup dengan sempurna pintu-pintu yang ingin saya tutup, dan dengan penuh optimisme berjalan keluar dari segala sesuatu yang menjadi pemberat bagi saya. I am free, and I am ready to meet the new world. Postingan ini adalah tentang satu lagu yang menjadi penghuni tetap playlist saya sejak Juli sampai sekarang. Lagu apik berjudul To The Sky, punya Owl City, musisi unik yang sukses membuat saya kepincut karya-karyanya sejak Fireflies.

Keren kan? Saya suka sekali lagu ini, semacam akhirnya bisa terbang bebas setelah banyak hal yang jadi pemberat di sayap kanan dan sayap kiri :D

Seberapa beratpun permasalahan, kalau bisa diselesaikan baik-baik, rasanya seperti bisa terbang setinggi mungkin, dan akhirnya jadi bisa kembali menikmati hidup seperti sebelum segala hal aneh itu terjadi,

Inti dari yang terjadi pada bulan Juli adalah saya memutuskan untuk free. Melepaskan hal-hal yang memang tidak bisa dipertahankan, berhenti mikirin hal-hal yang tidak bisa dipikir, dan meninggalkan kotak harta karun yang memang tidak bisa dibuka, buat mencari harta karun di tempat lainnya, hahaha XD

Lari dari kenyataan? Enggak juga. Itu namanya realistis, bahwa kita tidak akan bisa mendapat segala-galanya yang kita inginkan di dunia ini. Kalo emang gak dapat ya sudah, pasti bakalan dapat yang lebih baik lagi. Biar Allah yang menentukan kemana kaki ini berjalan.

Yang penting jalannya maju, ndak mundur :p 

NB: kayaknya 'free' tuh bukan verb, tp ya sudahlah...
