I still want someone who can hold up a candle to me, against me.
I learned that, we all need to be heard. To be seen. To be understood.
All of them are basics of all need.
Like a blizzard, people want to be heard, seen, felt.
Like a blizzard, people want to be recognized, when others will stop their step when it comes.
Maybe because of that, this world is, literally, full of blizzard.
The howling sounds.
The pricking ice.
The chilling winds.
But some people just want to be candles.
They want to be the light when blizzard comes.
They want to be seen and be a guide for those who are lost in winds and ice.
They want you to reach them.
They want you to see their light.
No matter how ferocious the world is, the candle wants you to find the path that leads you to it.
To its light.
Its tiny, shiny, light.
Within all these blizzard, it is hard to see where we are going.
It is hard, like, painfully hard.
With so many snows and blinding winds, you can easily find yourself freezing at the wrong destination.
But the candle still shines for you.
It holds up to you with its light.
It prays for you to find your way.
So don't stop your step, wherever you are right now, until you reach the light that has been guiding you.
And there you will find haven.
And there your will find the light.
